Job Description:
The Volunteer Coordinator will help define the volunteer needs oppertunities at CarbonCounted and will recruite and manage the volunteer human resource plan for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Executive Director to create and maintain an volunteer HR plan
• Maintain a record and communicate the ongoing volunteer needs of the organization
• Oversee all volunteer recruiting activities, and report to the Executive Director on the success of both the formal and informal strategies

Time commitment: Approximately 4 hrs per week

Job Description:
The Grant Application/Coordinator is responsible for seeking out sponsership and grant opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing grant applications
• Tracking and following up with funding bodies

Time commitment: Approximately 2 hrs per week

Job Description:
The Graphic Designer (in-house) will support the organization’s current external Graphic Designer to determine and create visual requirements to support CarboncCounted.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in meeting the day-to-day graphic design needs, including the revision and creation of print materials, signage, web design.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, logo and professional templates
• Work with Web Manager to ensure consistency in online content & corporate identity

Time commitment: Fluctuates with needs, based on ongoing projects

Job Description:
The Software Developer positions assist our inhouse team with CarbonConnect development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the inhouse development team SQL programing project to enhance and extend to CarbonConnect platform
• Time commitment: Approximately 2-4 hrs per week

Job Description:
CarbonCounted would like to have an inhouse Legal Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• If you are a Canadian Lawyer who would like to help advise us on various topics, we would welcome your help.

Time commitment: Approximately 1 hrs per week
